1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of L2Hub at l2hub.me, operated by L2Hub ("L2Hub", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the site, creating an account, or submitting a server, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use L2Hub.

2. What L2Hub is

L2Hub is a community directory and knowledge base for Lineage 2 game servers. We list servers, host guides and reference data, and let players discover and vote on servers. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

L2Hub is an independent, fan-run project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NCSOFT or the rights holders of the Lineage 2 intellectual property. Servers listed here are operated by third parties, not by us.

3. User accounts and responsibilities

You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
You must be old enough to form a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

4. Acceptable use

When using L2Hub you agree not to:

Break any applicable law, or use the site to promote illegal activity beyond ordinary server listing.
Scrape, crawl, overload or otherwise abuse the site or its API without permission.
Submit fraudulent votes, clicks or engagement, or manipulate rankings.
Post malware, deceptive links, spam, or content that infringes others' rights.
Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with a server.
Attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls or moderation.

5. Server listings

Server owners and submitters are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the listings they provide, including rates, dates, links and descriptions. We may, at our discretion, moderate, edit, categorise, set a status for, hide or remove any listing — for example if it is inaccurate, abusive, duplicated, or violates these Terms. Listing on L2Hub is not an endorsement of any server.

6. Paid placements

L2Hub may offer optional paid promotional placements such as VIP listings, boosts or featured stream slots. Where offered, these are promotional placements only: they increase visibility but do not guarantee traffic, votes, players, rankings or any specific result. Unless a specific purchase says otherwise, paid placements are non-refundable once the placement period begins. Full billing terms will be presented at the point of purchase and form part of these Terms for that transaction.

7. Intellectual property

Lineage 2 and related names, logos and assets are trademarks of NCSOFT and their respective owners. We claim no ownership of that IP; game-related reference material is provided for informational, community purposes. The L2Hub name, original design, code and editorial content are ours or our licensors', and may not be copied or reused without permission. Content you submit remains yours, but by submitting it you grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display and distribute it as part of the service.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

L2Hub is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of listings or reference data. We do not control third-party servers, links or embedded streams and are not responsible for them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, L2Hub and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service or any third-party server you find through it.

9. Termination

You may stop using L2Hub at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access — and remove listings or content — if you breach these Terms or to protect the service and its users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above, and material changes may be highlighted on the site. By continuing to use L2Hub after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
