Event - Belldandy Summon Scroll

When used, summons the middle child Belldandy among the Three Siblings, and can play Jack's game. You cannot summon Belldandy if a pet is summoned or if the Halloween mask isn't equipped. You cannot play Jack's game is you are currently transformed or your stance is in a switched state!
