Over-hit and critical hit are possible. Ignores shield defense. Attacks the enemy with 3420 Power added to P. Inflicts shock for 9 seconds, and decreases P. Requires a sword, blunt weapon, two-handed sword, or two-handed blunt weapon to be equipped.
