Get the Vacualite
Klein says you must have a set of floating stones to enter the Flame Pass. You can create the set of floating stones with vacualite. Speak with Blacksmith Hilda in Goddard Castle Town to obtain vacualite.

Obtain the ore.
You need Vacualite ores to make Vacualite. Hunt monsters in the Garden of Beasts and collect 50 Vacualite ores. Monsters to Hunt - Kookaburras, Bandersnatch and Grendels
