Of the two requests presented by Shadow Fox, you have selected that of the Preachers of the Wilderness and Revolutionaries of Dusk. Speak to Warehouse Chief Natools for details of the request.

The Revolutionaries of Dusk want you to locate the Fallen Angel, heal its wounds, and record its message. Meet with Grand Master Tobias in Gludio to receive your instructions.

Elder Casian
Grand Master Tobias says that Elder Casian in the wilderness has the medicine the angel needs. Meet Casian and get the medicine.

Heal the Angel
Elder Casian has given you the Angel Medicine, and sent you to find the angel by the Weathered Rock. Find the Fallen Angel and give it the medicine. Record the angel's message in the Echo Crystal.
