The Agathion Auxilary Stone raises the ability to enchant a C-Grade armor by 27%. This can only be used on armor that have been enchanted more than 3 times but less than 9 times. For one-piece armor this item can only be used on armore that has been enhanted more than 4 times but less than 9 times.
