Magister Dieter of Giran Castle Town wishes to obtain the silver hair of Sairon which can be found on Devil’s Isle. Rumor says that this hair is what gives the doll its power. Go to Devil’s Isle and slay Sairon, her doll and puppet, and then take some of her silver hair to Magister Dieter.
