Give the letter to [Abyssal Celebrant] Cecktinon. He gives you 
1 Cecktinon's First Voucher.

Give the voucher to [Magister] Harne. She gives you 1 Cecktinon's Second Voucher.

Go to the School of Dark Arts and collect 
10 Bone Fragment from Skeleton Hunter and Skeleton Hunter Archer.

Give the bone fragments to [Magister] Harne, and she gives you a 
1 Soul Catcher.

Give the soul catcher to [Abyssal Celebrant] Cecktinon. He gives you 
1 Preserving Oil.

Go to the marsh area southwest of the village and hunt Marsh Zombie until you get a 
1 Zombie Head.

Give the head to [Abyssal Celebrant] Cecktinon and get a 
1 Steelbender Head.

Give the steelbender to [Blacksmith] Karrod, for a 1 Blood Saber.
